How to purchase tokens on the DEGEN chain

Warning: This is so DEGEN you’ll probably need a shower after reading. So dirty!

You probably know, there is a new kid on the block called @degentokenbase, a layer 3 chain built on @base.

It is designed to facilitate the full send degen plays. This is a separate chain that hopefully will have dexes, dapps and much more applicaions for us to use.

Below is an example of how to buy the bluechip meme $DEPE on the $DEGEN chain.

Tutorial - Purchase $DEPE on $DEGEN

  1. Open this link and add both BASE and DEGEN to your MetaMask Wallet (this is the easiest way to get both chains into your metamask).

  1. Send ETH from a CEX to your BASE ETH address by selecting the BASE MAINNET at withdrawal.

  2. Bridge and swap from Base ETH to Degen (chain) Degen (coin) here

  3. Go to Mint Club and purchase the tokens you want to buy. (I would recommend looking at the first Meme: $DEPE (Degen Pepe) *NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE of course…)

  4. Once the token is selected, simply swap your DEGEN tokens to DEPE, then import the token you just bought to MetaMask.
